摘要
数字经济时代,大数据技术的普及给高校预算管理信息化系统建设提出了更高的要求。采用文献资料法、比较分析法等方法分析了基于大数据技术的高校预算管理信息化系统建设。研究针对当前我国高校预算管理信息化系统建设面临的预算编制过程繁琐、预算执行监控不及时、数据共享和协同性差、决策支持能力有限等问题,提出了基于大数据技术的高校预算管理信息化系统建设,包括系统架构设计、预算编制、预算执行、预算绩效评价、数据安全保障、用户培训和支持等内容,最后给出了具体的政策建议。
In the era of digital economy,the popularization of big data technology has set higher requirements for the construction of budget management information systems in universities.The construction of a university budget management information system based on big data technology was analyzed using methods such as literature review and comparative analysis.This study proposes the construction of a university budget management information system based on big data technology to address the problems faced by the current construction of budget management information systems in Chinese universities,such as cumbersome budget preparation processes,untimely budget execution monitoring,poor data sharing and collaboration,and limited decision support capabilities.The system architecture design,budget preparation,budget execution,budget evaluation,data security assurance,user training and support are included in the construction.Finally,specific policy recommendations were provided.
