摘要
随着我国新能源产业的迅速发展,锂的需求不断攀升,现有锂矿石提锂已无法满足锂的消耗量,因此,从液态锂矿(盐湖卤水、地下卤水、海水及气田采出水等)中提锂得到广泛关注。目前国内外已针对盐湖卤水开发出以沉淀、萃取、吸附、膜分离、电化学等方法为核心的提锂技术,气田采出水相关研究报道较少。文章基于盐湖卤水、地下卤水及海水等液态锂矿提锂过程中的干扰因素,对气田采出水提锂影响因素进行分析,为气田采出水提锂技术的开发提供一定借鉴。
Amidst the swift ascension of China's new energy sector,the demand for lithium has surged past the capacity of traditional lithium ore extraction to supply the market.Consequently,the focus has shifted towards the extraction of lithium from liquid sources,including salt lake brines,subsurface brines,seawater,and produced water from gas fields,which have garnered considerable attention.To date,a suite of lithium extraction technologies centered on precipitation,solvent extraction,adsorption,membrane separation,and electrochemical methods has been developed for the processing of salt lake brines.In contrast,studies on lithium extraction from gas field produced water are relatively scarce.This paper presents an analysis of the lithium extraction process from gas field produced water,taking into account the interfering factors commonly encountered in the extraction from liquid lithium deposits such as salt lake brines,subsurface brines,and seawater.The objective is to offer insights and guidance for the development of lithium extraction technologies specifically tailored for gas field produced water.The study underscores the need for innovative,cost-effective,and environmentally friendly approaches to address the challenges associated with lithium recovery from these complex liquid sources.
