工业节能锅炉计算机控制系统实现研究

摘要 随着社会的不断发展和能源资源的日益紧缺,工业生产中的能源消耗问题日益突显。作为工业生产中不可或缺的设备之一,锅炉在能源利用效率和环保方面面临着严峻的挑战。为了提高工业锅炉的能源利用效率、减少能源浪费、降低排放,采用先进的计算机控制系统已经成为一种迫切的需求。以工业节能锅炉计算机控制系统为研究对象,深入探讨该系统在提高锅炉能源利用效率、实现节能减排方面的关键技术和应用。通过系统的设计、优化和创新,将计算机技术与锅炉控制相结合,为工业生产提供更为智能、高效、可持续的能源解决方案。从模糊PID控制原理入手,讨论锅炉温度控制系统设计以及仿真实现结果,为提高工业生产能源利用效率、实现可持续发展做出贡献,推动工业领域朝着更加智能和绿色的方向发展。 With the continuous development of society and the increasing shortage of energy resources,the problem of energy consumption in industrial production is becoming more and more prominent.As one of the indispensable equipments in industrial production,boilers are facing serious challenges in terms of energy utilization efficiency and environmental protection.In order to improve the energy utilization efficiency of industrial boilers,reduce energy waste and lower emissions,the use of advanced computer control systems has become an urgent need.This thesis takes the industrial energy-saving boiler computer control system as the research object,aiming to discuss in depth the key technology and application of this system in improving boiler energy utilization efficiency and realizing energy saving and emission reduction.Through the design,optimization and innovation of the system,computer technology is combined with boiler control to provide a more intelligent,efficient and sustainable energy solution for industrial production.Starting from the principle of fuzzy PID control,the design of the boiler temperature control system and the results of the simulation implementation are discussed,hoping to contribute to the improvement of the energy utilization efficiency of industrial production and the realization of sustainable development,and to promote the development of the industrial field in the direction of smarter and greener.
