摘要
[目的/意义]全面把握近十年中国高校智库评价研究的进展与趋势,为完善高校智库评价体系,促进高校智库高质量发展提供参考。[方法/过程]以CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)和WoS(Web of Science)数据库收录的与中国高校智库评价有关的论文数据为基础,使用CiteSpace软件从发文时区、学科领域、作者群体以及关键词等方面,对党的十八届三中全会以来中国高校智库评价研究的脉络进行系统梳理和回顾。[结果/结论]评价方法、评价指标体系构建、影响力评价、智库评价实践研究是该领域的热点研究主题,案例分析、知识管理、智库治理能力、绩效评价等逐渐成为高校智库评价研究的最新趋势。
[Purpose/Significance]This study aims to comprehensively grasp the progress and trend of the research on the evaluation of Chinese university think tanks in the past ten years,and to provide a reference for improving the evaluation system of university think tanks and promoting the high-quality development of univer-sity think tanks.[Method/Process]Data is from papers related to the evaluation of Chinese university think tanks collected from CNKI and WoS databases.CiteSpace software is used to systematically sort out and review the context of the evaluation research of Chinese university think banks since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee from the aspects of time zone,disciplinary fields,author group and keywords.[Result/Conclu-sion]The results indicate that evaluation methods,influence evaluation,construction of evaluation index system,and empirical research on think tank evaluation are hot research topics in this field.Additionally,case analysis,knowledge management,think tank governance capacity,and performance evaluation have gradually become the latest trends in think tank evaluation research.
