摘要
目的探讨思维导图对检验医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用效果。方法通过典型案例说明思维导图在检验医学科住培中的应用方式,并通过考核评价效果。结果采用思维导图进行学习的住院医师成绩较常规方法学习的住院医师效果更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图能够帮助住院医师快速、系统地掌握所学知识。
Objective To explore the application of mind maps in standardized training for medical residents in laboratory medicine.Methods The application methods of mind maps in training medical residents in laboratory medicine were illustrated through typical cases and evaluating their effectiveness was evaluated through exams.Results The use of mind maps significantly improved medical residents'performance compared with conventional learning methods(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind maps can help medical residents process information quickly,facilitating a systematic grasp of learned knowledge.
