摘要
随着医学教育信息化的发展,病理科的信息化管理不断深度融合到临床病理科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的日常教学之中,信息化建设的大环境为临床病理科住培工作的实施提供了多元化的培训模式和教学方法,且受新型冠状病毒感染疫情影响,使得信息化的线上线下相结合教学及数字化病理切片带教得到了空前发展。武汉大学人民医院临床病理科专业基地就病理信息管理系统建设、线上线下教学模式及数字病理切片库建设进行探索,供同道借鉴。
With the development of medical education informatization,the information management of pathology department has been deeply integrated into the daily teaching of standardized training for clinical pathology residents.The environment of information construction provides diversified training models and teaching methods for the implementation of residency training in pathology department.Moreover,due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic,the teaching combining online and offline in the context of informatization and the teaching with digital pathological slices have achieved unprecedented development.The standardized residency training base in the Clinical Pathology Department of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University has carried out explorations on the construction of the pathological information management system,the online and offline teaching modes,and the digital pathological slice library,providing reference for colleagues in the same field.
