摘要
属地化经营是发达国家国际工程承包商的通行做法,但是我国很多对外承包工程企业属地化经营仍处在一个较低的水平。为此,笔者通过分析我国对外承包工程企业属地化经营的必要性,指出当前属地化经营存在的不足,从管理体系、技术标准规范、人力资源、供应链、经营、企业文化、社会责任等方面提出属地化的实施策略,以期为我国对外承包工程企业开展属地化工作提供参考。
Localization operation is a common practice of international engineering contractors in developed countries but the localization operation of many overseas project contracting enterprises in China is still at a low level.Therefore by analyzing the necessity of localization operation of overseas project contracting enterprises in China the author points out the shortcomings of current localization operation and puts forward the implementation strategies of localization from the aspects of management system technical standards human resources supply chain management corporate culture and social responsibility so as to provide reference for the localization work of overseas project contracting enterprises in China.
