摘要
服务品牌是图书馆社会服务价值的重要体现,对于该领域的研究,图情学界一直都给予了高度的重视。文章以共词分析方法为基础,运用BICOMB、SPSS、Ucinet等软件对国内图书馆服务品牌研究的相关成果进行可视化分析,并通过对知识图谱的解读,发现现阶段该领域的研究热点主要集中在3个方面:服务品牌建设的策略、服务品牌的营销路径以及服务品牌视角下的读者服务。
Service brand is an important embodiment of the value of social service in libraries.The cartographic field has always attached great importance to the research in this field.Based on the co-word analysis method,this paper uses BICOMB,SPSS,Ucinet and other software to carry out a visual analysis of the relevant results of the research on domestic library service brands,and through the interpretation of the knowledge graph,it is found that the current research hotspots in this field mainly focus on three aspects:the strategy of service brand construction,the marketing path of service brand and the reader service from the perspective of service brand.
