摘要 物联网图像识别是物联网系统中通过摄像头等传感器实时采集图像数据,利用人工智能算法处理和分析图像,从而实现自动检测、识别和分类的关键技术。系统阐述物联网图像识别的基本原理,进一步探讨人工智能在图像识别领域的技术优势,详细介绍卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Networks,CNN)的应用、轻量化模型的优化策略以及模型压缩技术对资源受限设备的适应性改进,通过分析智能安防、自动驾驶和工业检测等应用领域,展示人工智能图像识别技术在实际场景中的具体应用效果和价值。 The internet of things image recognition technology is a key technology in the internet of things system,which collects image data in real time through sensors such as cameras,and uses artificial intelligence algorithms to process and analyze the images,so as to realize automatic detection,recognition and classification.This paper systematically describes the basic principles of internet of things image recognition,further discusses the technical advantages of artificial intelligence in the field of image recognition,and introduces in detail the application of Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),the optimization strategy of lightweight model and the adaptive improvement of model compression technology for resource-limited devices.Through the analysis of intelligent security,automatic driving and industrial detection and other application fields,it shows the specific application effect and value of artificial intelligence image recognition technology in practical scenarios.
