摘要
目的分析B超下多神经联合阻滞在膝部以下手术中的麻醉效果。方法60例单侧下肢手术患者随机分为两组,对照组行腰硬联合麻醉,观察组行B超下股神经、股外侧皮神经、坐骨神经联合阻滞,比较两组的神经阻滞情况、血流动力学和不良反应。结果观察组的感觉、运动神经阻滞起效时间和持续时间长于对照组,T1~T3时的MAP、HR高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论B超下多神经联合阻滞能够提高膝部以下手术的麻醉效果,减少血流动力学波动,安全性较高。
Objective To analyze the anesthesia effect of multi-nerve block under B-ultrasound in surgery below the knee.Methods A total of 60 patients with unilateral lower limb surgery were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received lumbar epidural anesthesia,while the observation group received combined block of the femoral nerve,lateral femoral cutaneous nerve and sciatic nerve under B-ultrasound.The nerve blockade,hemodynamics,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The onset and duration of sensory and motor nerve block in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,the MAP and HR during T1to T3were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-nerve block under B-ultrasound can improve the anesthesia effect of surgery below the knee,reduce hemodynamic fluctuation,and has high safety.
