摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜手术后胃肠功能障碍治疗中实施中药热奄包、莫沙必利联合应用的效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年8月昆山市第五人民医院收治的腹腔镜手术后胃肠功能障碍患者60例作为观察对象,按抽签法随机分为对照组(n=30,实施莫沙必利治疗)与干预组(n=30,实施中药热奄包联合莫沙必利治疗)。比较两组胃肠功能恢复指标、腹胀评分、腹胀缓解率、舒适度评分。结果:与对照组比较,干预组肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次排气时间、术后首次排便时间更早(P<0.05)。术后24、72 h腹胀程度评分比较,干预组低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后24、72 h腹胀缓解率比较,干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后24、72 h GCQ评分对比,干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术后胃肠功能障碍治疗中实施中药热奄包、莫沙必利联合应用效果显著,能促进患者胃肠功能恢复,减少腹胀情况,提高其舒适度。
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of the combined use of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress and mosapride in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopic surgery.Method:Sixty patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction af⁃ter laparoscopic surgery admitted to Kunshan Fifth People's Hospital from April 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the observa⁃tion subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=30,treated with mosapride)and an intervention group(n=30,treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with mosapride)by drawing lots.Compare two groups of gastrointestinal function recovery indicators,bloating score,bloating relief rate,and comfort score.Result:Compared with the control group,the inter⁃vention group had earlier recovery time of bowel sounds,irst postoperative exhaust time,and first postoperative defecation time(P<0.05).The comparison of abdominal distension scores at 24 and 72 hours after surgery showed that the intervention group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The relief rate of abdominal distension at 24 and 72 hours after surgery was higher in the inter⁃vention group than in the control group(P<0.05).The GCQ scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group at 24 and 72 hours after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress and mo⁃sapride has significant effects in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopic surgery,which can promote the re⁃covery of gastrointestinal function,reduce abdominal distension,and improve comfort in patients.
