摘要
目的:探讨揿针埋针疗法联合阿扎司琼预防恶性肿瘤患者化疗后恶心呕吐的效果。方法:将2024年1—7月东台市中医院接受化疗的恶性肿瘤患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机信封抽签法分为揿针组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。化疗期间,对照组给予阿扎司琼,揿针组在对照组基础上给予揿针埋针疗法。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预1、3、7 d后,揿针组恶心呕吐症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预前,两组健康调查简表各项评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组心理卫生、情绪角色、社会功能、活动、躯体疼痛、躯体角色、躯体功能、健康状况评分升高,且揿针组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:揿针埋针疗法联合阿扎司琼可改善恶性肿瘤化疗患者恶心呕吐症状与生活质量,且不会增加不良反应。
Objective:To investigate the effect of needle embedding therapy combined with azasetron on preventing nausea and vomiting in patients with malignant tumor after chemotherapy.Methods:A total of eighty patients with malignant tumors who received chemotherapy in Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to July 2024 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the needle embedding group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to the random envelope drawing method.During chemotherapy,the control group was given azasetron,and the acupuncture group was given needle embedding therapy on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After 1,3 and 7 days of intervention,the score of nausea and vomiting in the needle embedding group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);before intervention,there was no significant difference in summary of life health survey between the two groups(P>0.05);after 7 days of intervention,the scores of mental health,emotional role,social function,activity,body pain,body role,body function and health status in both groups were increased,and the scores in needle embedding group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle embedding combined with azasetron can improve nausea and vomiting symptoms and quality of life in patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy without increasing adverse reactions.
