摘要
目的调查糖尿病足患者足部自我护理现状,探讨其影响因素,并制定干预对策。方法选取2022年3月至2023年5月驻马店市中心医院收治的76例糖尿病足患者,采用中文版马拉加大学糖尿病足部自我护理问卷(DFSQUMA)调查足部自我护理现状,收集其基本资料,并进行单因素分析与多元线性回归分析,明确糖尿病足患者足部自我护理的影响因素。结果76例糖尿病足患者DFSQ-UMA得分为(47.82±6.79)分;年龄≥60岁、高中及以下文化程度、其他糖尿病类型、自我效能感差/一般、社会支持度低患者DFSQ-UMA得分更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄≥60岁、高中及以下文化程度、其他糖尿病类型、自我效能感差/一般、社会支持度低/中等是糖尿病足患者足部自我护理的独立影响因素,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者足部自我护理有待提升,这与其年龄、文化程度、糖尿病类型、自我效能感及社会支持度密切相关,应加强健康教育,制定相应干预对策,提升自我护理能力。
Objective To investigate the status of foot self-care in diabetic foot patients,explore the influencing factors,and develop interventional strategies.Methods A total of 76 diabetic foot patients treated at Zhumadian City Central Hospital from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected for the study.The diabetic foot self-care questionnaire of the University of Malaga(DFSQ-UMA)was used to assess foot self-care status,and the patients'basic information was collected.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted to clarify the influencing factors of foot self-care in diabetic foot patients.Results The average DFSQ-UMA score for the 76 diabetic foot patients was(47.82±6.79)points.Patients aged≥60 years,with high school education or below,with other types of diabetes,and those with low self-efficacy and low social support had significantly lower DFSQ-UMA scores(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that age≥60 years,high school education or below,other diabetes types,poor/general self-efficacy,and low/medium social support were independent influencing factors for foot self-care in diabetic foot patients,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a need to improve foot self-care in diabetic foot patients,which is closely related to age,educational level,type of diabetes,self-efficacy,and social support.Health education should be strengthened,and appropriate interventional strategies should be developed to enhance self-care abilities.
