摘要
目的探讨远程信息化管理结合微视频健康教育在乳腺癌患者术后康复训练中的应用效果。方法研究对象为2023年2月至2024年2月于河南省人民医院接受乳腺癌根治术的400例乳腺癌患者,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组(200例,常规健康教育)与观察组(200例,远程信息化管理结合微视频健康教育),比较两组患者干预后康复效果,干预前后患侧关节活动度、上肢功能与自护能力及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组患者康复有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者关节活动度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者上肢功能运动能力评分(FMA)、自护能力评分(ESCA)、生活质量(SF-36)评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论远程信息化管理结合微视频健康教育在乳腺癌患者术后康复训练中的应用,可显著提高患者康复有效率,改善上肢各方向关节活动度,提升上肢运动功能与自护能力,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of remote information management combined with micro-video health education on the postoperative rehabilitation training of breast cancer patients.Methods The study involved 400 breast cancer patients who underwent radical mastectomy at Henan Provincial People's Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024.Patients were randomly divided into a control group(200 patients receiving conventional health education)and an observation group(200 patients receiving remote information management combined with micro-video health education).The rehabilitation outcomes,including joint mobility,upper limb function,self-care ability,and quality of life before and after the interventions were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the rehabilitation effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The joint mobility in the observation group was also superior to that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Scores for upper limb function motor ability(FMA),self-care ability(ESCA),and quality of life(SF-36)were all significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of remote information management combined with micro-video health education in postoperative rehabilitation training for breast cancer patients can significantly enhance rehabilitation effectiveness,improve joint mobility in all directions,enhance upper limb motor function and self-care ability,and increase quality of life.
