摘要
本研究基于全自动电位滴定法展开对橄榄油过氧化值的测定,并对影响测定结果准确性的不确定度进行了分析评定。通过建立数学模型,进行自动电位滴定分析。实验结果显示,当橄榄油的取样量为3.0301 g时,过氧化值为(2.89±0.07)mmol/kg。在测定过程中,影响结果准确性的因素较多,本文主要考察了常见且影响较大的几个不确定来源,并对各不确定度分量进行了计算及讨论。评定结果表明,橄榄油样品称量、滴定剂标准使用液配制、橄榄油过氧化值的多次重复滴定测量、检测仪器这四个因素是影响测定结果准确性的主要来源;根据各不确定度分量值,其中Na_(2)S_(2)O_(3)标准使用液配制和橄榄油过氧化值的多次重复滴定测量对结果造成的影响较显著。
This study was based on the automatic potentiometric titration method to determine the peroxide value of olive oil,and the uncertainty affecting the accuracy of measurement results was also analyzed and evaluated.By establishing a mathematical model and conducting automatic potentiometric titration analysis,the experimental results displayed that when the sample mass was 3.0301 g,the peroxide value was(2.89±0.07)mmol/kg.In the measurement process,there were many factors that affected the accuracy of the results.The several common and influential sources of uncertainty were investigated in this article,and the each uncertainty component was calculated and discussed.The evaluation results indicate that the olive oil sample weighing,the preparation of titrant standard solution,the repeated titration measurement of peroxide value in olive oil and detection instruments were the main factors affecting the accuracy of the measurement results.Based on the values of each uncertainty component,the preparation of Na_(2)S_(2)O_(3)standard solution and the repeated titration measurement of peroxide value in olive oil caused a significant impact.
