摘要
随着大学生毕业人数增加、经济下行压力增大,大学生就业形势不容乐观。而甘肃作为欠发达地区,大学生毕业去向落实率受学生就业观念、家长认识局限、地域经济发展水平等因素制约,大学生毕业去向落实率一直不慎理想。要想改变这一现状,就要通过引导大学生转变就业观念、加强家校联动、“请进来”、“走出去”加强与企业对接,真正实现甘肃高校毕业生高质量就业。
With the increasing number of college graduates and the increasing downward pressure on the economy,the employment situation of college students is not optimistic.In Gansu Province,as an underdeveloped area,the realization rate of college students’graduation destination is restricted by students'employment concept,parents’knowledge limitation,regional economic development level and other factors,and the realization rate of college students’graduation destination has been imperfectly ideal.In order to change this situation,it is necessary to guide college students to change their employment concepts,strengthen the linkage between home and school,“please come in”and“go out”to strengthen the docking with enterprises,and truly realize the high-quality employment of college graduates in Gansu.
