摘要
目的:分析液氮治疗仪与激光治疗寻常疣的疗效、免疫功能及复发率。方法:选取甘肃省庆阳市中医医院在2023年1月~2023年12月收治的96例寻常疣患者为对象,采用随机数字法将其分为两组,各48例;对照组给予激光治疗,观察组给予液氮治疗,分析两组患者临床数据。结果:观察组总有效率97.92%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月总复发率16.00%,低于对照组的52.00%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后免疫功能(CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:液氮治疗对于寻常疣的治疗效果更好,且在降低复发率和改善免疫功能方面表现出明显优势。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy,immune function and recurrence rate of liquid nitrogen therapy apparatus and laser in the treatment of common warts.Methods:A total of 96 patients with verruca vulgaris treated in Qingyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Gansu Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group by random number method.The control group was given laser treatment and the observation group was given liquid nitrogen treatment.The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 97.92%,which was higher than that of control group 83.33%(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group in 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment was 16.00%,which was lower than that of control group 52.00%(P<0.05).The levels of immune function(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-2(IL-2)in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liquid nitrogen therapy is more effective in the treatment of common verruca,and has obvious advantages in reducing the recurrence rate and improving the immune function.
