摘要
目的:通过证据图谱系统分析中医药对成人支气管哮喘的干预研究证据。方法:检索中英文数据库,纳入国内外公开发表的中医药治疗成人支气管哮喘的系统评价或(网状)Meta分析文献,检索时间为建库至2024年5月7日。采用系统评价方法学质量评价工具2.0版(AMSTAR2)评估文献的方法学质量;通过Pymeta平台的Evidence Map功能,绘制直观的气泡图来展示研究特性。结果:共检索并纳入中英文系统评价/Meta分析文献33篇。中药治疗为主要干预方式,常用的治疗方法包括益气温阳活血和金水相生法等。文献在研究方案设计、干预措施描述、随访期限及潜在利益冲突报告等方面评分较低。证据图谱表明,整体研究质量较低,高质量研究1篇,中等质量研究3篇,低质量研究28篇。结论:中医药干预对成人支气管哮喘具有一定疗效,但整体研究质量较低,建议未来开展更高质量的研究,以提供更有力的循证医学依据。
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the evidence of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in adult bronchial asthma through evidence atlas system.METHODS:Systematic reviews or(network)Meta-analyses on the treatment of adult bronchial asthma with traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved from Chinese and English databases,covering the period from the inception of the databases to May 7th,2024.The methodological quality of the included literature was assessed using the AMSTAR2 scale.The Evidence Map function of the Pymeta platform was utilized to create an intuitive bubble map to illustrate the research characteristics.RESULTS:A total of 33 Chinese and English systematic reviews and Meta-analyses were included.Traditional Chinese medicine is the main intervention method,and the commonly used treatment methods include Qi-boosting,Yang-warming blood-activating and Jinshui Xiangsheng method.The studies generally received low scores in areas such as research design,description of intervention measures,follow-up duration,and reporting of potential conflicts of interest.The evidence map showed that the overall study quality was low,with 1 study of high quality,3 studies of medium quality,and 28 studies of low quality.CONCLUSIONS:Traditional Chinese medicine intervention has a certain effect on adult bronchial asthma,yet the overall research quality is low,and it is recommended to perform higher quality research in the future to provide more robust evidence-based medicine basis.
