矿用定向钻进分支孔筛管下入装置设计与仿真研究

摘要 为解决碎软煤层定向钻进分支孔筛管难以下入引起的钻孔利用率不高、钻孔空间浪费严重、瓦斯溢流通道受限等问题,设计出矿用定向钻进分支孔筛管下入装置。装置利用导向面对分支孔筛管空间参数进行调整,分支孔筛管头可穿透主孔筛管并继续向分支孔内延伸,至目标孔深后由导向装置后端切屑刃切断分支孔筛管,完成分支孔筛管下入工作。通过ANSYS数值模拟软件对关键过程进行模拟,当分支孔筛管后端施加10 kN荷载时,分支孔筛管头和切屑刃等效应力分别达到43 MPa和25 MPa,超过了主孔筛管和分支孔筛管屈服强度20 MPa,结果表明,借助分支孔筛管下入装置,可有效完成分支孔段的筛管下入工作。 In order to solve the problems of low utilization of drilling holes,serious waste of drilling space and restricted gas overflow channels caused by the difficulty of branch hole screen pipe insertion in directional drilling of soft coal seams,a branch hole screen pipe insertion device for directional drilling in mines has been designed.The device utilizes the guide to adjust the spatial parameters of the branch hole screen tube,so that the head of the branch hole screen tube can penetrate the main hole screen tube and continue to extend to the branch holes,and then cut off the branch hole screen tube by the chip blade at the back end of the guiding device after reaching the target hole depth,thus completing the work of lowering the branch hole screen tube.The key process is simulated by ANSYS numerical simulation software,when 10 kN load is applied to the back end of the branch hole sieve tube,the equivalent force of the branch hole sieve tube head and the chip edge reaches 43 MPa and 25 MPa respectively,which exceeds the yield strength of the main hole sieve tube and the branch hole sieve tube by 20 MPa,and the result shows that the sieve tube lowering in the branch hole section can be effectively accomplished with the help of the branch hole sieve tube lowering device.
