摘要
煤矿安全、石油化工、储运、大气与环境监测、燃烧诊断、工业过程监测与控制等行业,都需要高灵敏度的实时在线多组分气体检测解决方案。在光学技术方面,可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱传感器具有灵敏度高、选择性好、响应速度快、抗干扰能力强等特点,已被证明是一种检测多组分气体的先进技术。在多组分气体的检测中,不可忽略的交叉干扰的存在、成本和性能要求成为许多检测方案设计中主要考虑的问题。介绍了单激光器用于检测多组分气体,旨在为各种应用下的多组分检测提供指导。
Coal mine safety,petrochemicals,storage and transportation,atmospheric environment monitoring,combustion diagnosis,industrial process monitoring and control,and other industries all require high sensitivity real-time online multi-component gas detection solutions.In terms of optical technology,tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy sensors have the characteristics of high sensitivity,good selectivity,fast response speed,and strong anti-interference ability.They have been proven to be an advanced technology for detecting multi-component gases.In the detection of multicomponent gases,the presence of cross interference,cost,and performance requirements that cannot be ignored have become the main considerations in many detection scheme designs.The single laser for multi-component gas detection is introduced in detail,aiming to provide ready-made guidance for multi-component detection in various applications.
