软土地区深基坑SMW工法桩与锚杆组合支护施工技术研究 被引量:2

Study on the Construction Technology of SMW Method Piles Combined with Anchors for Deep Foundation Pit Support in Soft Soil Areas

摘要 支护施工是深基坑工程中必不可少的施工环节,其施工质量直接关系到深基坑的安全性和稳定性。而软土地区深基坑支护施工具有较高的难度,在此基础上,提出软土地区深基坑SMW工法桩与锚杆组合支护施工技术。根据深基坑实际情况设计SMW工法桩,开展基于SMW工法桩的深基坑围护施工,通过锚杆喷注,完成深基坑支撑施工,以此完成软土地区深基坑SMW工法桩与锚杆组合支护施工。结果表明,施工后软土地区深基坑支护构件抗倾覆稳定安全系数均在1.6以上,深基坑围岩抗隆起安全系数均在2.0以上,高于最小限值,符合相关规范要求,支护效果较好。 Support construction is an essential part of deep foundation pit engineering,and its quality directly affects the safety and stability of the foundation pit.In soft soil areas,the complexity of deep foundation pit support construction is significantly higher.Based on these challenges,a construction technology combining SMW(Soil Mixing Wall)method piles with anchors was proposed for deep foundation pits in soft soil areas.SMW method piles were designed according to the actual conditions of the foundation pit,and enclosure construction based on SMW method piles was carried out.Support construction was completed through anchor grouting,finalizing the combined support method.Results indicate that,after construction,the safety factors for anti-overturning stability of support components exceeded 1.6,and those for anti-uplift stability of surrounding rock exceeded 2.0,both higher than the minimum specified values and meeting relevant code requirements.The support effectiveness was.satisfactory.
