摘要
新宫地铁车辆段综合站场在车辆段投入运营后,开启TOD模式的地铁盖上二级开发施工。经论证,盖上塔式起重机安装及使用荷载未超过原设计预留值,采取专项设计并复核一级开发结构的预留荷载。充分利用既有结构与传统塔式起重机基础相结合的方式对上盖塔式起重机安装提供技术保证;施工全过程对塔式起重机基础部位的既有一级结构进行结构变形监测,建立联防联控与应急处置机制,保证塔式起重机施工及使用过程中的安全。
After the operation of the Xingong Metro Rolling Stock Depot Comprehensive Station,the TOD mode of subway construction will be launched for secondary development.After verification,the installation and usage load of the tower crane did not exceed the original design reserve value,and a special design was adopted to review the reserved load of the first level development structure.Fully utilize the combination of existing structures and traditional tower crane foundations to provide technical guarantees for the installation of overhead tower cranes.Throughout the construction process,the existing primary structure of the tower crane foundation is monitored for structural deformation,and a joint prevention,control,and emergency response mechanism is established to ensure the safety of the tower crane during construction and use.
