摘要
为了评估化妆品中机会致病菌的污染情况,对4567批化妆品进行微生物检验,并对合格化妆品中检出的机会治病菌进行初步的风险评估。4567批化妆品中,共有56批不合格,其中检出了多种机会致病菌;合格的化妆品中,检出了洋葱伯克霍尔德菌群、蜡样芽胞杆菌和鲍曼不动杆菌等机会致病菌。按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)进行检验,即使化妆品合格,其中存在机会致病菌依然是潜在的风险因素,需要对检出菌进行风险评估,以确保化妆品的安全性。
In order to evaluate the contamination of opportunistic pathogens in cosmetics,microbiological tests were conducted on 4567 batches of cosmetics,and a preliminary risk assessment was conducted on opportunistic pathogens detected in qualified cosmetics.Among 4567 batches of cosmetics,a total of 56 batches were found to be unqualified,among which a number of opportunistic pathogens were detected.In qualified cosmetics,opportunistic pathogens such as Burkholderia cepacia,Bacillus cereus,and Acinetobacter baumannii were detected.According to the Cosmetic Safety Technical Specifications(2015 edition),even if the cosmetics are qualified,the presence of opportunistic pathogens is still a potential risk factor,and a risk assessment of the detected bacteria is needed to ensure the safety of the cosmetics.
