基于FLUENT对木工铣刀气动噪声分析

摘要 为降低木工铣刀在空转状态下所产生的气动噪声问题,采用Lighthill声学类比法,Realizable k–ε模型进行稳态模拟,稳态稳定后与Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings(FW-H)模型进行瞬态数值模拟,对木工铣刀产生的远场气动噪声进行数值计算,并分析铣刀表面及周围气场与速度的分布情况、声功率分布、压强的波动以及远场气动噪声。研究结果表明,木工铣刀刀片前刀面以及容屑槽区域、刀体结构B处是形成脱落涡的关键区域,这些脱落涡是气动噪声的主要来源。特别是刀片前刀面产生的涡流,会造成较大的压强脉动,对气动噪声造成的的影响非常明显。因此,想要有效降低气动噪声,对木工铣刀各部位的结构和形状进行优化时,应特别关注刀片前刀面及容屑槽、刀体结构B处区域,以期为低噪音的木工铣刀的设计提供理论依据。 In order to reduce the aerodynamic noise of woodworking cutters during discharge,the acoustic analogy Lighthill combined with the Realizable K-E model is used for stable simulation.After stabilization,the FFOWS Williams Hawkins(FW-H)model is used for numerical simulation during the transition period to calculate the aerodynamic far-field noise.Analysis of flow and velocity distribution,sound power distribution,pressure fluctuations and aerodynamic far-field noise on the surface of the cutter and its surroundings.The results suggest that the front of the woodworking cutter,the groove area and the blade structure B are the key areas for the formation of shot vortices,which are the main sources of aerodynamic noise.In particular,the vortex on the surface of the front blade can cause significant pressure fluctuations,which have a particularly strong effect on the aerodynamic noise.In order to effectively reduce noise when optimizing the geometric structure of milling cutters,special attention should be paid to the area of the front blade,the area of the chute and the structure of the milling body B.The research results of this article aim to provide a theoretical basis for the design of low-noise woodworking cutters.
