摘要
针对目前硫酸锰溶液除钙过程烦琐、能耗高、成本高的问题,本文采用P204萃取溶液中钙离子的方法进行了试验探索,在确定水相pH值的基础上,考察了P204皂化率、反应温度、混合时间、P204体积浓度和萃取级数等对萃余液中Ca浓度的影响,得到以下主要结论。实际萃取反应终点pH值低于最佳pH值2.5~3.0,在萃取过程中需要通过有机相的皂化率来避免pH值过低反应终止;最佳萃取工艺参数为P204皂化率10%、系统温度35℃以上、混合时间4 min以上、P204体积分数20%、萃取级数大于41级,此条件下萃余液中的Ca含量指标符合《HG/T 4823—2015电池用硫酸锰》标准中ω_(Ca)≤0.01%(即ω_(Mn):ω_(Ca)≥3200)的要求;该方法一方面避免了氟离子的引入,消除氟离子对下道工序的干扰;另一方面大幅度削减酸碱使用量,实现了低成本纯化硫酸锰溶液,具有推广价值。
In view of the complicated calcium removal process,high energy consumption and high cost in the current sulfuric manganese solution purification,this paper explores the method of removing calcium ions from the solution using P204extraction.Based on the determined aqueous phase pH value,the study examines the effects of P204saponification rate,reaction temperature,mixing time,P204volume concentration,and extraction grade on the Ca concentration in the aqueous phase,and concludes the following main conclusions.The actual extraction reaction endpoint pH value is lower than the optimal pH value by 2.5 to 3.0,and the pH value needs to be maintained above the optimal value during the extraction process by adjusting the saponification rate of the organic phase.The optimal extraction process parameters are P204saponification rate of 10%,system temperature of 35℃or above,mixing time of 4 minutes or more,P204volumetric concentration of 20%,and extraction grade of more than 41,under which the Ca content in the aqueous phase meets the requirement of HG/T 4823-2015 Battery Grade Sulfuric Manganese(i.e.,ω_(Ca)≤0.01%,ω_(Mn):ω_(Ca)≥3200),and the method avoids the introduction of fluoride ions and eliminates the interference of fluoride ions on subsequent processes.At the same time,it greatly reduces the use of acid and alkali,achieving low-cost purification of sulfuric manganese solution,and has great promotion value.
