摘要
研究助交联剂Ricon154DA对硫化剂DCP硫化变压器密封用氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:助交联剂Ricon154DA能有效提高HNBR胶料的硫化速率和交联密度;随着助交联剂Ricon154DA用量的增大,HNBR硫化胶的硬度、100%定伸应力和拉伸强度增大,拉断伸长率减小,撕裂强度先增大后减小,抗压缩永久变形性能改善;助交联剂Ricon154DA用量为1.5份时HNBR硫化胶具有良好的物理性能、抗压缩永久变形性能、耐油性能、耐高低温性能和耐臭氧老化性能,可以用于变压器的密封。
The effect of co-crosslinking agent Ricon154DA on the properties of hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR)compound for transformer sealing cured with curing agent DCP was studied.The results showed that the co-crosslinking agent Ricon154DA could effectively improve the curing rate and crosslinking density of HNBR compounds.With the increase of the dosage of co-crosslinking agent Ricon154DA,the hardness,modulus at 100%and tensile strength of HNBR vulcanizate increased,the elongation at break decreased,the tear strength first increased and then decreased,and the compression set resistance was improved.When the dosage of co-crosslinking agent Ricon154DA was 1.5 phr,the HNBR vulcanizate had good physical properties,compression set resistance,oil resistance,high and low temperature resistance,ozone aging resistance,and could be used for transformer sealing.
