关于建设工程质量监督管理数字化应用的探讨

摘要 工程质量监督的信息化是保障工程质量的重要手段,通过构建高效、完善、智能的数字化监管体系,有助于增强政府公信力和执行力,实现工程质量安全、提升工程品质的目标。论文以珠海市质量监督站质量监督检测综合管理平台建设为例,主要论述运用信息化手段创新工程质量监督方法方式、加强数字化监管、强化质量信息应用等方面,对全面贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于质量强国战略决策部署,落实住建部关于加强工程质量监督管理工作的要求,推动工程质量监管模式创新,提升政府质量监管能力和水平,强化数字化监管有重要的意义。 The informatization of engineering quality supervision is an important means to ensure engineering quality.By building an efficient,perfect,and intelligent digital supervision system,it helps to enhance government credibility and execution,achieve the goal of engineering quality safety and improve engineering quality.This article takes the construction of the comprehensive management platform for quality supervision and testing at the Zhuhai Quality Supervision Station as an example,mainly discussing the use of information technology to innovate engineering quality supervision methods,strengthen digital supervision,and enhance the application of quality information.It is of great significance to fully implement the strategic decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on building a strong quality country,implement the requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development on strengthening engineering quality supervision and management,promote the innovation of engineering quality supervision models,enhance the government's quality supervision capacity and level,and strengthen digital supervision.
