摘要 从一过性感染到暴发性疫情,从普通的呼吸道症状到引发呼吸衰竭的危重症,呼吸道感染占用了太多医疗和社会资源。临床上抗感染药物对呼吸道感染病原微生物有特异性差、高耐药性及不良反应大等特点。越来越多的研究关注到免疫调节在呼吸道抗感染治疗过程中的重要作用。内质网应激是参与宿主免疫和炎性损伤的分子信号通路,一方面参与感染性疾病的发生发展,另一方面也参与宿主的免疫防御。本文综述了呼吸道感染与内质网应激相关的研究文献,以阐述内质网应激在呼吸道感染性疾病中的作用,并探讨内质网应激调节相关药物在呼吸道抗感染治疗中的应用前景。 From transient infections to fulminant epidemics and common respiratory symptoms to critical conditions that lead to respiratory failure,respiratory infections have consumed excessive medical and social resources.The clinical anti-infective drugs exhibit low specificity,high drug resistance,and significant side effects against pathogenic microorganisms causing respiratory tract infections.Increasing attention has been given to the crucial role of immune regulation in the management of respiratory anti-infection therapy.The endoplasmic reticulum stress pathway plays a crucial role in mediating host immune responses and inflammatory damage.It contributes to the pathogenesis and progression of infectious diseases;on the other hand,it also participates in host immune defense mechanisms.The present study provides a comprehensive review of the existing literature on the association between respiratory tract infections and endoplasmic reticulum stress,aiming to elucidate the pivotal role of endoplasmic reticulum stress in respiratory tract infectious diseases.Furthermore,we explore the potential application of drugs targeting endoplasmic reticulum stress regulation for the treatment of respiratory tract anti-infection.
