摘要
目的:探讨口服营养补充(ONS)在老年衰弱综合征(FS)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月上海市普陀区桃浦镇第二社区卫生服务中心收治的82例老年FS患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。对照组采用常规膳食干预方案,观察组在对照组基础上采用ONS干预方案。对比两组营养指标[血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(Alb)以及血清总蛋白(TP)]、4 m步行速度、优势手握力及生活质量。结果:干预前,两组Hb、Alb、TP水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组Hb、Alb、TP水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组4 m步行速度、优势手握力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组4 m步行速度、优势手握力升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活、社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活、社会功能评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ONS干预能够有效改善老年FS患者的营养状态,增强肌肉力量和耐力,提高日常生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of oral nutritional supplement(ONS)in patients with senile asthenic syndrome(FS).Methods:A total of eighty-two elderly FS patients admitted to Shanghai Putuo District Taopu Town Second Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41).The control group was treated with conventional dietary intervention program,and the observation group was treated with ONS intervention program on the basis of the control group.Nutritional parameters[hemoglobin(Hb),serum albumin(Alb)and total serum protein(TP)],4 m walking speed,dominant hand grip strength and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in Hb,Alb and TP levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the levels of Hb,Alb and TP in both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in 4 m walking speed and dominant hand grip strength between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the 4 m walking speed and dominant hand grip strength of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of psychological function,physical function,material life and social function between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of psychological function,physical function,material life and social function were increased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ONS intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of elderly patients with FS,enhance muscle strength and endurance,and improve the quality of daily life.
