温敏型凝胶推进剂制备与温度触变特性研究

摘要 为了进一步提高凝胶推进剂雾化与燃烧效率,促进凝胶发动机广泛应用,提出了几种新型单肽类和氨基酸类胶凝剂配方。通过扫描电镜分析了单肽类和氨基酸类凝胶配方的优缺点。选择N-乙酰-L-异亮氨酰癸胺(N-acetyl-L-isoleucyl decylamine,AC-C10)和氢化蓖麻油作为胶凝剂,将其加入JP-3航空煤油中,使用高速分散机分散,部分样品采用水浴加热再分散的方法制备了一系列温敏型凝胶推进剂。利用流变仪测量所制备的凝胶推进剂在不同温度下的流变特性,构建一种分段式温度依赖本构方程,进行表征研究。结果表明,温敏型凝胶推进剂的黏度随温度的升高而逐渐降低,约在75℃后发生相变,具有良好的温度触变性和低复凝性。该文构建的分段式温度依赖本构方程在表征所制备的新型凝胶时误差较小,取得了较好的拟合性。 In order to further improve the gel propellant atomization and combustion efficiency,and to promote the wide application of gel engines,several new monopeptide and amino acid gel formulations are proposed.The advantages and disadvantages of monopeptide and amino acid gel formulations are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,and N-acetyl-L-isoleucyl decylamine(AC-C10)and hydrogenated castor oil is gelling agents,which are added to JP-3 aviation kerosene,dispersed using a high-speed disperser,and part of the samples are re-dispersed by heating in a water bath to prepare a series of temperature-sensitive gel propellants.A rheometer is used to measure the rheological properties of the prepared gel propellants at different temperatures,and a segmented temperature-dependent constitutive equation is constructed for characterization.The results show that the viscosity of the temperature-sensitive gel propellants decreases gradually with the increase of temperature,and the phase change occurs after about 75℃,with good temperature thixotropy and low recondensation.The segmented temperature-dependent constitutive equations constructed in this paper have less error in characterizing the prepared new gels,and a good fitting is achieved.
