摘要
目的:探究养阴熄风方治疗早期帕金森病(PD)震颤患者的效果及对神经电生理的影响。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年12月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的60例早期PD震颤患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(n=30)、治疗组(n=30)。对照组予以常规西药治疗,基于此,治疗组予以养阴熄风方治疗,两组均治疗4周,比较两组疗效;比较两组治疗前后日常生活能力及运动能力[统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)中Ⅱ、Ⅲ部分评分]、疾病严重程度[改良Hoehn&Yahr分期(H-Y分期)评分]、神经电生理指标。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组UPDRS中Ⅱ、Ⅲ评分、改良H-Y分期评分、震颤平均振幅和平均频率均下降,且治疗组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后峰值频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:养阴熄风方治疗PD震颤患者可提高效果,减轻疾病程度,改善神经电生理,提高运动能力及生活能力。
Objective:To explore the effect of Nourishing Yin and Extinguishing Wind Formula on tremor in patients with early Parkinson's disease(PD)and its influence on neuroelectrophysiology.Method:Sixty patients with early PD tremor admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to December 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method,control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Based on this,the treatment group was treated with Nourishing Yin and Extinguishing Wind Formula,both groups were treated for 4 weeks,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.The daily living ability and motor ability[unified Parkinson's disease rating scale(UPDRS)partⅡandⅢscores],disease severity[modified Hoehn&Yahr staging(H-Y staging)scores]and neuroelectrophysiological indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,partⅡandⅢscores of UPDRS,modified H-Y staging scores,the average amplitude and average frequency of tremor were decreased in both groups,and those of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in peak frequency between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nourishing Yin and Extinguishing Wind Formula can improve the effect,reduce the degree of disease,improve neuroelectrophysiology,and improve the ability of motor and life in PD tremor patients.
