摘要
随着全球贸易的不断增长,有效的货物装载已成为物流行业优化成本和提高效率的关键因素。传统的装箱方法往往忽视了空间利用率最大化的重要性,导致运输成本的增加和资源浪费,装箱算法效率低下、货物信息获取不精确、包装材料选择不合理以及装箱过程中的人为错误等,这些问题直接影响了装箱的效率和质量,进而影响整个物流链的成本控制与时效性,探讨货物三维装箱过程中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的解决对策。整体而言,对推动物流行业的技术进步和经济效益具有重要的理论和实践意义。
With the continuous growth of global trade,effective cargo loading has become a key factor in the logistics industry to optimize costs and improve efficiency.Traditional packing methods often neglect the importance of maximizing space utilization,which leads to the increase of transportation cost and the waste of resources,these problems,such as low effciency of packing algorithm,imprecise acquisition of cargo information,unreasonable selection of packing materials and human error in the process of packing,have a direct impact on the efficiency and quality of packing,then it affects the cost control and timeliness of the whole logistics chain,discusses the main problems in the process of three-dimensional packing of goods,and puts forward corresponding solutions.As a whole,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the technical progress and economic benefits of logistics industry.
