摘要
为研究场地土壤重金属-多环芳烃复合污染对土壤多环芳烃(PAHs)环境行为的影响,本研究选择我国4种代表性土壤,探究了共存较高含量铜[Cu(Ⅱ),1 000 mg·kg^(-1)]对土壤菲老化行为(0~360 d)的影响。结果显示:Cu(Ⅱ)共存时,灭菌土壤中稳定吸附态菲的含量提高了0.02~4.48 mg·kg^(-1),结合残留态菲的含量降低了0.16~5.01 mg·kg^(-1)。菲-Cu(Ⅱ)交互作用可以增加土壤对菲的吸附,从而促进生物有效态菲向稳定吸附态菲的转化,并抑制稳定吸附态菲进一步向结合残留态菲的转化。由于共存Cu(Ⅱ)对微生物的毒害作用,不灭菌土壤中生物有效态菲的半衰期延长了5.4~135.0 d。在灭菌土壤中,Cu(Ⅱ)的存在使生物有效态菲的老化速率提高了0.000 2~0.003 6 d^(-1),菲及菲-Cu(Ⅱ)共存时生物有效态菲的老化速率与土壤溶解性有机质含量呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。研究发现,菲-Cu(Ⅱ)交互作用会影响菲老化过程中赋存形态之间的转化和老化速率,影响程度与土壤有机质的含量及组成有关。
In order to understand the environmental behaviors of PAHs in heavy metal-PAHs co-contaminated soils,4 representative soils in China were selected to investigate the effects of Cu(Ⅱ)at a high content of 1000 mg·kg−1 on the aging behaviors of phenanthrene(0-360 d).The results showed that the content of the stable-absorbed fraction of phenanthrene in sterilized soils increased by 0.02 mg·kg^(-1) to 4.48 mg·kg^(-1),while the content of the bound-residual fraction of phenanthrene decreased by 0.16 mg·kg^(-1) to 5.01 mg·kg^(-1).The phenanthrene-Cu(Ⅱ)interaction could enhance the soil adsorption of phenanthrene,thereby promoting the speciation transformation of phenanthrene from the bioavailable fraction to the stable-absorbed fraction,and inhibiting further transformation from the stable-absorbed fraction to the bound-residual fraction.The half-life of the bioavailable fraction of phenanthrene in non-sterilized soils extended by 5.4 d to 135.0 d due to the toxic effects of the co-existing Cu(Ⅱ)on microorganisms.The aging rate of the bioavailable fraction of phenanthrene was accelerated by 0.0002 d^(-1)to 0.0036 d^(-1) in the presence of Cu(Ⅱ)in sterilized soils,where both the aging rate of the bioavailable fraction of phenanthrene with or without Cu(Ⅱ)were significantly correlated with the content of dissolved organic matter in aging soils(P<0.01).This study indicates that the speciation transformation and aging rate of phenanthrene during aging processes are affected by phenanthrene-Cu(Ⅱ)interaction,the extent of which is related to the content and composition of soil organic matter.
