摘要
本文以大阳矿3307回风顺槽掘进工作面为研究对象,在分析矿井掘进技术现状的基础上,从自动截割控制、惯性导航、工作参数监测及环境监测、人员安全防护、胶带运输等角度分析了工作面智能化升级方案,从地面集控中心建设、视距遥控、网络传输等方面分析了掘进工作面智能化控制系统的优化方案,并在此基础上分析了智能掘进工作面的预期效益,为后期智能化掘进实施的实施和应用提供参考。
Taking the tunneling working face of 3307 return air tunnel of Dayang Mine as the research object,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of tunneling technology,this paper analyzes the intelligent upgrading scheme for the working face from the perspectives of automatic cut-off control,inertial navigation,work parameter monitoring and environmental monitoring,personnel safety protection,tape transport,and analyzes the optimization scheme of intelligent control system for digging working face from the aspects of construction of centralized control centre on the ground,remote control by line-of-sight,network transmission.On this basis,the expected benefits of intelligent digging working face are analyzed,which provides reference for the implementation and application of intelligent digging at a later stage.
