稻壳一步活化联产白炭黑和超级电容器用活性炭的研究

One-step activation of rice husk for co-production of silica and activated carbon for supercapacitors

摘要 以稻壳(husk rice,HR)为生物质碳源,碳酸钾(K2CO3)为活化剂,通过一步活化的方法同时制备活性炭与白炭黑,研究工艺参数碱炭比、活化温度等参数以及碱煮过程对活性炭物化特性和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,碳酸钾作为活化剂对活性炭蚀刻造孔能力优秀,可以大幅改善活性炭的孔隙结构;碱煮对于活性炭影响不大,同时可以联产制备高品质的白炭黑。最佳的工艺参数下制得的A-RHAC,碘吸附值达1282.9 mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值达440.4 mg/g,比表面积达1410.9 m^(2)/g,介孔率达30.28%,应用于超级电容器中,A-RHAC的比电容可达177.454 F/g,充放电循环5000次后的比电容保持率达到95.11%,20000次循环后仍达到75.86%,倍率性能和循环稳定性优秀。 Using rice husk as biomass carbon source and potassium carbonate(K2CO3)as activator,activated carbon and silica were prepared simultaneously by a one-step activation method,and the effects of process parameters such as alkaline-carbon ratio,activation temperature and alkaline boiling on the physical and chemical properties and electrochemical performance of activated carbon were studied.The results show that potassium carbonate as an activator has excellent etching and poremaking ability for activated carbon,which can greatly improve the pore structure of activated carbon;alkaline boiling has little effect on activated carbon,and high-quality silica can be co-produced at the same time.The A-RHAC produced under the optimal process parameters has an iodine adsorption value of 1282.9 mg/g,a methylene blue adsorption value of 440.4 mg/g,a specific surface area of 1410.9 m2/g,and a mesoporosity of 30.28%,and when applied to supercapacitors,the specific capacitance of the A-RHAC can reach 177.454 F/g,and the specific capacitance retention after 5000 charging and discharging cycles can reach 95.11%,and after 20000 cycles can reach 75.86%,which is an excellent multiplicity performance and cycle stability.
