摘要
对大型压缩机撬装底座在现场安装过程中的水平度进行了测量,分析了水平度超标现象产生的原因,提出了两种改善方案来降低底座的水平度,建立了底座的实体模型,用有限元方法分析了底座的水平度,并将分析结果和实测结果进行比较,从而验证改善方案的有效性。
The levelness of large-scale compressor skid-mounted base was measured in the process of field installation and the causes of excess levelness were an-alyzed.Then two improvement schemes were proposed to reduce the levelness of the base;the solid model of the base was established;the levelness of the base was ana-lyzed by adopting finite element method;the analysis re-sults were compared with the measured results,thus the effectiveness of the improvement scheme was verified.
