摘要
军队环境卫生学与职业卫生与职业医学、营养与食品卫生学并称为三大卫生,是预防医学的主要专业课程之一。学生通过学习军队环境卫生学,了解环境因素与人体健康之间的关系,提高预防为主的意识,掌握发现和解决部队各种卫生学问题所需要的卫生学知识和技能,树立环境卫生学是维护和提高部队作业能力的重要保障这一信念。笔者根据自己担任教研室教学助理的一学年经历,从规范教学管理、加强师资队伍建设、丰富教学活动、注重思政培养和完善教学评价5个方面对军队环境卫生学的教学模式进行探讨。规范教学管理是保证教学活动符合规定的前提,加强师资队伍建设是提高授课质量的举措,丰富教学活动是提高授课效果的保障,注重思政培养是提高课程思政的关键,完善教学评价是评估教学质量的手段。
Military environmental hygiene,occupational health and occupational medicine,and nutrition and food hygiene are collectively known as the three major hygiene,and are one of the main professional courses in preventive medicine.By studying military environmental hygiene,students can understand the relationship between environmental factors and human health,enhance their awareness of prevention as the main focus,master the hygiene knowledge and skills required to discover and solve various hygiene problems in the military,and establish the belief that environmental hygiene is an important guarantee for maintaining and improving the operational capabilities of the military.The author based on his experience as a teaching assistant in the teaching and research department for one academic year,discussing the teaching model of military environmental hygiene from five aspects:standardizing teaching management,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,enriching teaching activities,emphasizing ideological and political education and improving teaching evaluation.Standardizing teaching management is a prerequisite for ensuring that teaching activities comply with regulations,strengthening the construction of teaching staff is a measure to improve teaching quality,enriching teaching activities is a guarantee to improve teaching effectiveness,emphasizing ideological and political education is the key to improving course ideological and political education,and improving teaching evaluation is a mean to evaluate teaching quality.
