摘要
智能建造是实现建筑业高质量发展的重要一环,论述了智能建造的必要性,通过对智能建造技术在工程实践中的探索,总结了建设过程中智能设计、智能制造、智能施工等关键技术的应用,以及目前存在设计标准化程度低、智能建造技术人员紧缺等主要问题,针对性地提出了智能建造可持续发展的策略。以期通过智能建造技术能有效提高施工效率,实现精益化管理,保障项目质量,助力工程项目高质量建设。
Intelligent construction is an important part of achieving high-quality development in the construction industry.The necessity of intelligent construction was discussed.Through the exploration of intelligent construction technology in engineering practice,the key technology application in the construction process and the main existing problems such as low standardization of design and shortage of intelligent construction technicians were summarized,and the sustainable development strategy of intelligent construction was put forward.It is hoped that through intelligent construction technology,construction efficiency can be effectively improved,lean management can be realized,project quality can be guaranteed,and high-quality construction of engineering projects can be promoted.
