摘要
黄河沿岸引黄泵站多选用离心泵进行农业灌溉,但黄河水含沙量大造成的过流部件磨损问题严重威胁泵站的正常运行。比转速是影响叶片形状与转轮参数的重要因素,针对不同比转速离心泵叶轮的不同,采用固液两相流数值计算方法,研究5种不同比转速离心泵磨损特性。结果表明,不同比转速离心泵叶片磨损分布较高的区域主要集中在叶片进出口处。随着比转速的增大,叶片中心块状磨损区域消失,叶片上的磨损逐渐降低;流量、扬程、转速对叶片磨损的影响依次减小。固相体积分数在叶片头部较高,并随着比转速的增大在头部出现带状高固相体积分布区域,叶片上固相体积分布与磨损分布相似度不高,对叶片的磨损影响较小;固相速度在各工况下变化趋势相似,随着比转速的增加,叶片中心固相速度由高于首尾变为低于首尾,正是叶片中心块状磨损区域消失的主要原因,叶片上固相速度分布与叶片磨损分布几乎一致,对叶片磨损性能的影响最为明显。研究结果可为引黄泵站的离心泵水力设计及性能优化提供参考。
Centrifugal pumps are often used for agricultural irrigation in pumping stations along the Yellow River.The wear problem of the flow passage components caused by the large sediment content of the Yellow River seriously threatens the normal operation of the pumping station.Specific speed is an important factor affecting blade shape and impeller parameters.According to the difference of impeller of centrifugal pump with different specific speed,the wear characteristics of 5 centrifugal pumps with different specific speed were studied by using the numerical calculation method of solid-liquid two-phase flow.The results show that the blade wear distribution of the centrifugal pump with different specific speed is mainly concentrated in the inlet and outlet of the blade.With the increase of the specific speed,the cen-tral block wear area of the blade disappears,and the wear on the blade gradually decreases.The effects of flow rate,head and speed on blade wear decrease successively.The solid phase volume fraction is higher at the head of the blade,and a high solid phase volume distribution zone appears at the head with the increase of the specific speed.The solid phase volume distribution on the blade is not obvious similar to the wear distribution,and has little effect on the wear of the blade.With the increase of the specific speed,the solid phase velocity in the center of the blade changes from higher than the head and tail to lower than the head and tail,which is the main reason for the disappearance of the massive wear area in the center of the blade.The distribution of the solid phase velocity on the blade is almost consistent with the wear distribution of the blade,which has the most obvious influence on the wear performance of the blade.It provides reference for hydraulic design and performance optimization of centrifugal pump in Yinhuang pumping station.
