摘要
高校图书馆员职业化发展是促进我国图书馆公共文化体系建设,加快图书情报领域数字化改革的重要保障。文章通过文献梳理,建立起我国高校图书馆员职业化评价体系;运用AHP和模糊数学综合评价方法对某“双一流”高校图书馆员的职业化水平做出综合评价,发现潜在职业化发展问题。为进一步加快高校图书馆员职业化发展,高校应重点从图书馆员准入资格的认定、职业精神的培养、职业能力的专业化建设、职业道德的提高四方面入手,加快高校图书馆员职业化进程,这也是新时代高校图书馆协同构建完善的公共文化服务体系,助力文化强国建设的重要方式。
The professional development of university librarians is an important guarantee for promoting the construction of China's library public culture system and accelerating the digital reform in the field of library and information science.This paper establishes a professional evaluation system for university librarians in China through literature review,uses AHP and fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation methods to make a comprehensive evaluation of the professionalization level of librarians in a certain“Double First Class”university,and finds potential professionalization development problems.In order to further accelerate the professionalization of university librarians,universities should focus on four aspects,including recognition of librarians'admission qualifications,cultivation of professional spirit,professionalization of professional abilities,and improvement of professional ethics.This is also an important way for university libraries in the new era to jointly build a sound public cultural service system and assist in the construction of a cultural power.
