摘要
目的探析眩晕患者发生跌倒的危险因素。方法纳入2019年7月至2022年8月医院收治的眩晕患者78例作为研究对象,统计患者跌倒情况,统计患者基线资料,Logistic分析眩晕患者发生跌倒的因素。结果经评估78例眩晕患者,发生跌倒30例,占比39.26%;发生组年龄大于未发生组,糖尿病、负面情绪以及贫血占比高于未发生组(P<0.05);构建Logistic多元回归模型,结果显示,年龄、糖尿病、负面情绪以及贫血是眩晕患者发生跌倒的相关危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论年龄、糖尿病、负面情绪以及贫血是眩晕患者发生跌倒的相关危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。
Objective To explore the risk factors for the occurrence of falls in patients with vertigo.Methods 78 cases of vertigo patients admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to August 2022 were included as study subjects,and the fall situation of the patients was counted,the baseline data of the patients were counted,and the factors of the occurrence of falls in vertigo patients were analyzed by Logistic.Results After evaluating 78 patients with vertigo,30 cases of falls occurred,accounting for 39.26%;the age of the occurring group was greater than that of the non-occurring group,and the proportion of diabetes,negative emotions,and anemia was higher than that of the non-occurring group(P<0.05);a Logistic multiple regression model was constructed,and the results showed that age,diabetes,negative emotions,and anemia were the relevant risk factors for the occurrence of falls in patients with vertigo(OR>1 andP<0.05).Conclusion Age,diabetes mellitus,negative emotions,and anemia were associated risk factors for the occurrence of falls in patients with vertigo(OR>1,P<0.05).
