摘要
建立更加合理的烟草绿色物流绩效评价指标体系,有利于对烟草行业绿色物流绩效总体情况进行更加精准、有效的评估,并为烟草行业的绿色物流发展提供更科学的方向指引。本研究选取6个系统指标,54个二级指标,构建了一套烟草行业绿色物流绩效评价体系,基于熵权法和因子分析法进行评价。结合烟草商业企业、工业企业员工的256份问卷进行实证分析,并以A烟草公司作为烟草企业代表对评价模型的有效性进行进一步验证。研究结果表明:①烟草商业企业绿色物流绩效明显高于工业企业;②工业企业中绿色仓储以及绿色管理指标得分较低。最后,根据绿色物流绩效评价结果和行业实践结果,针对现有问题提出了具体对策。
Establishing a more reasonable performance evaluation method of cigarette green logistics will help to evaluate the industry status more accurately and effectively,and provide a more scientific green development direction for cigarette green logistics.This paper adopts the entropy weight method and factor analysis method and selects 6 system indicators and 54 secondary indicators to establish a green logistics performance evaluation system for the tobacco industry.Based on 256 sample unites from tobacco commercial enterprises and industrial enterprises and tobacco company A,the evaluation system is fully verified.The results show that:The green logistics performance of tobacco commercial enterprises is obviously higher than that of industrial enterprises;the implementation of green performance indicators such as green storage and green management in industrial enterprises is relatively weak.According to the results of green logistics performance evaluation,this study proposes specific suggestions and countermeasures for the existing problems based on actual situation of the industry.
