基于正交实验的老化油超声脱水机理 被引量:2

Mechanism of ultrasonic dehydration of aging oil based on orthogonal experiments

摘要 利用超声作用对老化油进行处理,通过正交实验确定了老化油破乳脱水的最佳超声条件,并采用SEM和粒径分析等方法对超声作用前后的老化油进行表征。实验结果表明,老化油破乳脱水影响因素的大小顺序为:超声功率>超声作用方式>超声作用时间,最佳条件为:超声功率520 W、超声作用时间3 min、超声换能器工作6 s停止1 s,在该条件下老化油脱水率可达34.50%,且液滴更规整,成分简单,油水界面膜变薄。超声空化作用于老化油时,破乳与乳化可能是同时进行的,在一定功率条件下破乳效果占主导因素,而在另一些功率条件下乳化效果占主导因素。 By using ultrasound to treat aged oil,the optimal ultrasound conditions for demulsification and dehydration of aged oil were analyzed through orthogonal experiments,and SEM and particle size analysis were used to characterize the aged oil before and after ultrasound treatment.The experimental results show that the order of the influencing factors of aging oil demulsification and dehydration is ultrasonic power>ultrasonic action mode>ultrasonic action time.The optimal conditions are ultrasonic power 520 W,ultrasonic action time 3 min,and ultrasonic work 6 s and stop 1 s.Under these conditions,the dehydration rate of aging oil can reach 34.50%,the droplets are more regular with simple ingredients,and the oil-water interfacial film becomes thinner.When ultrasonic cavitation acts on aged oil,demulsification and emulsification may occur simultaneously,with demulsification being the dominant factor under certain power conditions and emulsification being the dominant factor under other power conditions.
