摘要
为研究亚胺类共价有机框架(covalent organic framework,COF)的微观结构、表面性质及其对雌二醇的吸附特性,以1,3,5-三(4-氨苯基)苯(1,3,5-tris(4-aminophenyl)benzene,TAPB)和1,3,5-苯三甲醛(1,3,5-benzotrialdehyde,BTC)为单体,在室温条件下合成了亚胺类共价有机框架材料TAPB-BTC-COF,优化合成中催化剂冰醋酸的用量。用傅里叶红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FT-IR)、X射线衍射(X-ray powder diffraction,XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、热重分析(thermogravimetric analysis,TGA)、N 2等温吸附-脱附曲线等手段对合成的TABP-BTC-COF材料进行了表征,并采用物理涂覆法制备TABP-BTC-COF涂层搅拌棒。结果表明,催化剂的用量会影响COF的晶型;TABP-BTC-COF涂层搅拌棒的吸附动力学过程符合准二级吸附动力学(R 2=0.9714),属于化学吸附。该研究为TAPB-BTC-COF涂层搅拌棒对环境中雌二醇的检测应用提供了一定的理论依据。
In order to study the microstructure and surface properties of imine covalent organic framework(COF)and its adsorption properties on estradiol,TAPB-BTC-COF was synthesized using 1,3,5-tris(4-aminophenyl)benzene(TAPB)and 1,3,5-benzotrialdehyde(BTC)as monomers under room temperature conditions,and optimized synthesis of TAPB-BTC-COF.The imine covalent organic framework material TAPB-BTC-COF was synthesized at room temperature to optimize the amount of catalyst glacial acetic acid in the synthesis.The synthesized TABP-BTC-COF materials were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and N 2 adsorption-desorption isotherm.They were used to characterize the synthesized TABP-BTC-COF materials,and the TABP-BTC-COF coated stirring rods were prepared by physical coating method.The results showed that the amount of catalyst affects the crystalline shape of the imine COF;the adsorption kinetics process of the TAPB-BTC-COF-coated stirring rods conformed to the quasi-secondary adsorption kinetics(R 2=0.9714),which was chemisorption.The study provides some theoretical basis for the application of TAPB-BTC-COF coated stir bar in the detection of estradiol in the environment.
