基于CiteSpace软件分析我国可穿戴设备在健康领域的研究热点 被引量:1

The Analysis of Research Hotspots of Wearable Devices in the Field of Health in China Based on CiteSpace Software

摘要 目的基于CiteSpace软件研究我国可穿戴设备在健康领域的研究热点并进行可视化分析。方法系统性检索中国知识基础设施(CNKI)数据库、万方数据知识服务平台数据库中我国可穿戴设备在健康领域的相关文献。检索时限为自建库开始至2024年5月31日。使用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件对我国可穿戴设备在健康领域的研究热点进行可视化分析。结果共纳入2007-2024年的1518篇文献。发文量自2014年开始增多并呈上升趋势,2023年发文量最多。发文量前10位的机构均为高校,但中心性指数全部为0。关键词频次排名前4位的分别为健康监测(110次)、可穿戴(104次)、健康管理(85次)和移动医疗(67次)。聚类图谱包含了护理、可穿戴、用户体验和智能服装等13个关键词聚类,每个聚类的S值均>0.9。结论我国可穿戴设备在健康领域的研究已成为学术研究的热点领域,展现出多元化和交叉融合的趋势,核心研究热点呈现聚集性;未来亟需加强跨机构、跨学科的深度合作。 Objective To study the research hotspots of wearable devices in the field of health in China based on CiteSpace software,and conduct visual analysis.Methods With a systematic search of relevant literature on wearable devices in the health field in China from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database and the Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform database,the retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to May 31,2024.Visual analysis was conducted on the research hotspots of wearable devices in the health field in China,using CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software.Results With a total of 1518 articles from 2007 to 2024 included,the number of publications was increasing since 2014 with an upward trend.Among them,2023 had the highest number of publications.The top ten institutions in terms of publication volume were all universities,but the centrality index was all 0.The top four keyword frequency rankings were health monitoring(110 times),wearable(104 times),health management(85 times),and mobile healthcare(67 times).The cluster map included thirteen keyword clusters,including nursing,wearable,user experience,and smart clothing,with the S value of each cluster greater than 0.9.Conclusion The research on wearable devices in the field of health in China has become a hot topic in academic research,showing a trend of diversification and cross integration,with core research hotspots showing clustering;In the future,it is urgent to strengthen the in-depth cooperation across institutions and disciplines.
