摘要
为满足医疗领域的数据共享需求,研究提出一种基于区块链的医疗大数据共享模型,该模型采用半中心化联盟区块链进行数据共享。引入投票机制和延迟验证特性,结合人工智能辅助数据处理,对共识算法进行了改进,以减少通信开销。实验数据显示,当属性数量为45时,该模型的加密时间为1 094 ms,解密时间为194 ms。共识节点为20时,实用拜占庭容错共识算法下的交易延迟为60 s,改进算法下的交易延迟为30 s,减少了50%。研究表明,该医疗大数据共享方法实现了高效的共识,同时保护了医疗数据的隐私和安全,有助于推动医疗信息整合、提高医疗服务质量和效率。
To meet the data sharing needs in the medical field,a blockchain based medical big data sharing model is proposed,which adopts a semi centralized alliance blockchain for data sharing.Introducing voting mechanism and delayed verification feature,combined with artificial intelligence assisted data processing,the consensus algorithm has been improved to reduce communication overhead.The experimental data shows that when the number of attributes is 45,the encryption time of the model is 1094ms and the decryption time is 194ms.When the consensus node is 20,the transaction delay under the practical Byzantine fault-tolerant consensus algorithm is 60 seconds,while under the improved algorithm,the transaction delay is 30 seconds,reducing by 50%.Research has shown that this medical big data sharing method achieves efficient consensus while protecting the privacy and security of medical data,helping to promote medical information integration,improve the quality and efficiency of medical services.
