摘要
为了研究原油粘度对输油泵流体动力噪声ANSYS仿真模型优化参数的影响,减少模型参数导致的仿真误差。以ZA150-4400型输油泵为研究对象,基于ANSYS仿真平台,采用RNG k-ε模型研究原油流体动力噪声的静压分布特性,采用LES中Smagorinsky-Lilly模型研究原油流体动力噪声的动态分布特性。根据水介质的C_(μ)参数0.0845,通过不同原油粘度μ_(e)下C_(μ)参数优化的大量仿真实验,构建了原油粘度μ_(e)与修正参数C_(μ)线性拟合关系。仿真实验结果表明:不同原油粘度μ_(e)对应C_(μ)的最佳参数设置,其动态特性仿真中,轴频最大偏差0.61 Hz、叶轮叶片通过频率最大偏差3.24 Hz。
In order to study the effect of crude oil viscosity on the optimization parameters of the ANSYS simulation model for hydrodynamic noise of oil transfer pumps,and to reduce the simulation errors caused by the model parameters.In this paper,the ZA150-4400 oil transfer pump is taken as the research object,based on ANSYS simulation platform,the RNG k-εmodel is used to study the static pressure distribution characteristics of crude oil hydrodynamic noise,and the Smagorinsky-Lilly model in LES is used to study the dynamic distribution characteristics of crude oil hydrodynamic noise.According to the C_μ-parameter 0.0845 of water medium,a linear fitting relationship between crude oil viscosity μ_(e) and the modified parameter C_μ is constructed through a large number of simulation experiments of C_μ-parameter optimization under different crude oil viscosities μ_e.The results of simulation experiments show that the optimal parameter settings for different crude oil viscosities μ_(e) corresponding to C_μ have a maximum deviation of 0.61 Hz in the shaft frequency and 3.05 Hz in the impeller blade passing frequency in the dynamic characteristics simulation.
