基于光谱检测技术的镇江古运河水质反演模型构建及其应用

摘要 针对城市河道水质难以快速、全面检测等问题,特别是降雨溢流污染影响河道的快速检测,以镇江市古运河为研究对象,基于无人机高光谱遥感手段,采用无人机搭载高光谱成像仪获取高光谱影像对水质参数进行同步采集,分析典型城市水体的光谱特征,研究原始光谱、微分处理后光谱与水质参数的相关性,确定特征光谱参数,并建立水质参数的反演模型。从模型拟合度和误差精度的角度进行分析评价,基于水质参数TN(总氮)、TP(总磷)的实测值与模型预测值的对比分析,进行最佳反演模型的比选,并对水质参数反演模型的普适性进行验证,绘制镇江市古运河水质要素的空间分布图,实现水质要素浓度的可视化,构建城市小微河道水质异常快速化检测方法,为水质异常的快速诊断提供理论支撑。 In view of the problems that the difficulty of fast and comprehensive monitoring of water quality in river courses in cities,rapid detection of the impact of rainfall overflow pollution on rivers,the Ancient Canal in Zhenjiang City was taken as the research object.Based on the hyperspectral remote sensing method of unmanned aerial vehicle,hyperspectral imager equipped with unmanned aerial vehicle was adopted to acquire hyperspectral images and collect water quality parameters synchronously,and the spectral characteristics of typical urban water bodies were analyzed.The correlation between the original and differential spectra and water quality parameters was studied,the characteristic spectral parameters were determined,and the inversion model of water quality parameters was established.Analysis and evaluation were conducted from the perspective of model fitting degree and error accuracy,based on the comparative analysis between the measured values of water quality parameters TN(total nitrogen)and TP(total phosphorus)and the predicted values of the model,the best inversion model was selected,and the universality of the water quality parameter inversion model was verified.The spatial distribution map of water quality elements of the Ancient Canal in Zhenjiang City was drawn to realize the visualization of water quality element concentration.The rapid detection method of abnormal water quality in small and micro rivers in cities was constructed to provide theoretical support for the rapid diagnosis of abnormal water quality.
