摘要
目的:分析经皮肾镜碎石术与输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年12月铜仁市沿河县三和医院收治的60例输尿管上段结石患者作为研究对象,按随机编号法分为两组,各30例。对照组实施经皮肾镜碎石术,研究组实施输尿管镜钬激光碎石术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,对照组治疗总有效率为73.33%;研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.001)。研究组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.001)。研究组并发症发生率为3.33%,对照组并发症发生率为23.33%;研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的效果显著,能够减少术中出血量,降低术后并发症发生率,缩短手术时间。
Objective:To analyze the effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy and ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods:A total of 60 patients with upper ureteral calculi admitted to Yanhe Sanhe Hospital in Tongren City from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random numbering method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy,and the study group underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment was 96.67%in the study group and 73.33%the control group;The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).The operation time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of complications was 3.33%in the study group and 23.33%in the control group;The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy has a significant effect in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi,and can reduce the intraoperative blood loss,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and shorten the operation time.
