摘要
为构建清洁低碳、安全高效的能源体系,风电、光伏等新能源电力将飞速发展。大规模新能源并网将对电力系统造成巨大冲击,新能源消纳将面临巨大压力。推动风光火储多能互补一体化发展是缓解新能源消纳压力,落实碳达峰、碳中和目标的重要创新途径。以河曲电厂能源基地项目为例,研究技术经济可行的风光火储(抽水蓄能)多能互补能源基地实施方案,推荐方案在满足新能源消纳要求的前提下保证了企业的投资收益率,分析方法可为后续能源基地项目提供设计参考。
In order to build a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system,wind power,photovoltaic and other new energy electricity will develop rapidly.The integration of large-scale,new energy into the power grid will have a huge impact on the power system,and the consumption of new energy will face enormous pressure.Promoting the complementary and integrated development of wind power,photovoltaic,thermal power storage is an important innovative way to alleviate the pressure of new energy consumption and implement the goal of reaching the peak of carbon and carbon neutrality.Taking the project of Hequ Power Plant Energy Base as an example,the technically and economically feasible implementation plan of wind power,photovoltaic,thermal power storage(pumped storage)and multi energy complementary energy base was studied.The recommended plan ensured the investment return rate of the enterprise while meeting the requirements of new energy consumption.The analysis method can provide design reference for the subsequent energy base projects.
